Jenica “Hen” Weyand is a Senior Content Strategist with 20+ years’ experience in both creative and technical writing. With an education in legal studies, she has extensive military subcontract experience purchasing 122 million annually with a strong focus on contract, policy, and procedure writing.

As a previous marketing director for a luxury waterfront developer, her unique writing style is a balance of both her military and commercial advertising experience. She is an avid researcher who enjoys learning about new products to help others market their goods and services.

In addition to her role at Ward Design Group, Jenica is a multimedia artist focused on creating a culture of global compassion through her company House of Hen Studios. As part of her mission, she has a long-running art series called “Angel Deliveries”. These unusual, often hand-crafted, gifts come with a handwritten letter of appreciation to the recipient for their everyday compassion-based actions. To date, Jenica has made over 150+ Angel deliveries. Jenica’s focus is to use her creativity to cultivate talent, encourage the creative, and empower the passionate.
