This testimonial letter is written for Mr. Branan Ward and the Ward Design Group. Ward Design Group is primarily a web design, creation and support company. Branan and I are members of the St. Augustine Money Makers chapter of Business Networking International (BNI).
In 2013, Branan developed the original website for Capitol Escapes, a destination based management company based in Palm Coast, FL. Recently Branan suggested that he and his staff meet with owner Joyce Kirby to review the company website for several purposes including adding Capitol Escapes’ newly developed programs, updating current information, and enhancing the quality of the site by incorporating cutting edge technological advances in web design, presentation and navigation.
On July 24, Joyce met with Branan and his team to discuss a rework of her company’s site. During the course of the meeting, Branan and his staff carefully guided the flow and content of the discussion that included specific recommendations, explanations as to how new technology would be incorporated and what new content would be added that would better reflect the company’s offerings. Branan’s staff also listened intently to Joyce’s thoughts, ideas and objectives that she wanted included in the newly designed site. Within twenty minutes, Joyce and the Ward Design Group had crafted a plan that would lead to a completely redesigned website aimed at elevating Capitol Escapes’ web presence, sophistication and user friendliness.
The new web site was completed within the promised two-week time frame and at the agreed upon fee. Ample time was given during the project for Joyce to review, question and request changes. She was in continuous communication with the Ward Design Group staff during project development. The final product was impressive, informative and inviting. Within two days of launch, the new site began to attract visitors who became clients. Since then, new business generated by the site has increased.
